To be effective under the DMCA, your notice should include: your full name and contact information; a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; the exact URL of the material on this website that you claim is infringing; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

2. What Happens Next

We review every valid notice promptly. Where a notice is complete and the claim appears valid, we will remove or disable access to the material in question and, where appropriate, notify the person who posted it.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notification to hello@lovadecor.com with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice. It should include your name and contact information, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court, and your signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or remove content from contributors who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
